Q: After adding my images I can't see them in my Easy Template. They also aren't visible in the Flash Webpage but I see them in the folders on the server.
A: This happens, because you use images with .JPG addition and you need to change all of them to .jpg
Q: When I use the & symbol in the body text, I can't see my text or part of the text.
A: because of the fact that, & symbol is not supported it shouldn't be used.
Q: How can I change the text in Easy template?
A: You have to open the text.html page in notepad or any other text editor, change the content and then save the file.
Q: Is it possible to add URL's(hyper links) in the bodtex of the template?
A: Yes, You just have to open the text.html page in notepad and put : <a href="http://www.iweb-site.com">click here</a>
Q: How can I change name of the template in the blue browser bar?
A: You should open the index.html page in Notepad and change the text between the <title>..........</title> tags and save your index.html file. After it you should upload it.
Q: Why the template are loading so fast?
A: The templates are loading so fast because all of the pictures and contents are placed outside of the Flash file, and if user wants to see a certain picture after clicking on it, the larger picture will be loaded into the Flash file.
Q: How can I replace small pictures in the about, contact us, services, etc., sections?
A: You can do it in the text.html file and by changing the HTML code that submits the respective picture, for example <img src="photo2.jpg">. You need to change the photo2.jpg to a new filename and make sure the picture is indeed uploaded to your server.
Q: How can I replace the sound file?
A: The sound files are also kept external. You can easily change the one we used with your music or you can delete the sound file if you don't want to hear the music at all.
Q: Does the template support the other languages such as German, Russian French and etc.?
A: Yes, we support also non-english languages, you just need to save the text file in the UTF-8 format in Notepad. This will allow you to support all Unicode characters.
Q: How can I edit the font size of the logo/header in the template?
A: You can set the font size in the text.html file by following manner: &name1=<font size="20">Paul Rowson</font>
Q: I tried to change the FLA, but when I save the FLA I observe many errors?
A: To solve this problem you should export the file to same directory as earlier, when you got all the other files. As swf file converses with the text.html file.
Q: Does the Easy template come with the respective source files?
A: Yes, Easy template has its own FLA as well.
